I defined the key product requirements based on the assets users need to implement each promotion type and the frequent requests made to the engineering team during promotion management.

I conducted usability tests with 8 QUAT Store merchandisers and content designers. Feedback was positive, and identified improvements were incorporated into the MVP through iteration.
